AU: Hoggy-Woggy Hogwarts
Penny is a fifth year student in the Hufflepuff House. She's muggle-born (although her parents, sadly, are deceased) and not particularly talented in any certain subject. Her shyness and quiet, gentle personality make her blend into the background, which hasn't led to much in the way of popularity.
She enjoys her various art classes, Divination, and Care of Magical Creatures. Penny has a way with animals and likes to spend time with them whenever possible... even if they're not her animals. She's always eager to help other students, even when she isn't terribly helpful. Her control of magic leaves something to be desired.
Penny has awful luck when it comes to her peers. She's lonely and doesn't know how to go about making good friends or finding a boyfriend. Finding a boyfriend is really important to her. Maybe if she attends enough Quidditch matches, one of the handsome players will notice her.
